The young ladies who helped us out were nice. They said hello right away and informed us that they were there to help. We used their "self-service" puppy wash station. It was very clean, and they provided brushes and a heated blow dryer. We absolutely enjoyed our experience 😀. …

Wonderful pet store, the best in the area in my opinion. Animals are well taken care of with clean enclosures, animals handled frequently, the employees are kind and knowledgeable.

We stopped by this awesome pet store while passing through town and Kaley, the store owner, was great. She let our kids hold some of the animals. They loved it. Plus, the store is super clean and organized. Would highly recommend.

We just love wild world pet store and their indoor dog wash is a huge life saver for when our too friendly Berner keeps trying to make friends with skunks and needs a bath. It's super affordable compared to the other dog wash in town, though i do go there still when its an emergency,and so convenient that they provide towels and aprons. So grateful to have this space available and for their awesome customer service.

Holy cow, this pet store is awesome!!! Beautifully remodeled (used to be the old Thomas Music), it feels so clean and bright inside. It's on Main Street in Richfield, right across from Christensen's. Great selection and great prices on pets and supplies. Highly recommend stopping by to get a gift for for your kid, or even if it's only to look around at the fun animals. We bought a Betta fish from them, and we can't wait to give it to our daughter.
